How we support you

The first time you meet your Field Officer will be when you complete your induction. Your Field Officer will be there to help you through your employment paperwork, timesheet book, policies and procedures and to have a chat about what’s expected.

We’re here to help you achieve milestones in your on and off the job learning whilst helping you grow into a valuable employee for your host employer.

RTO Support

We love seeing all of our apprentices and trainees succeed but if you find yourself struggling with your RTO studies we can help gain assistance. Just have a chat with your Field Officer to ask how we can help.

Employer Support

Before we place you with one of our hosts, we’ve already completed a face to face assessment to make sure we place you in an environment where you are given the chance to learn and be taught. Our host employers are looking for employees who want to succeed in their careers and want to add value to their business.

WHS Support
