Where are they now - Chloe Anshaw

03 Dec 2020

Chloe Anshaw, Business Cert III

Chloe started her traineeship on 22 July 2019 and completed on 21 July 2020. After completing her traineeship Chloe received full time employment with Solar Technology. Chloe has now decided to keep the ball rolling with her studies and will be going to university next year in March to undertake a Bachelor of Business (Management).

At first Chloe stated she was hesitant to start a traineeship and did not think it was for her. When she was at school everyone was more interested in finding full time employment or going straight to university, a business traineeship was not talked about at school.

Chloe did not have a lot of information of what was involved in getting started with a traineeship and reached out to 1300apprentice.

“Going through the recruitment process was so easy and I was guided through 1300apprentice. Getting regular mentoring visits, I was able to keep on track and get a good understanding of the hosts expectations. It was great knowing that they were happy with my progress.

“Doing a business traineeship with 1300apprentice has given me the necessary skills required in the workplace and allowed me to figure out what I want to do in the future. I recommend that to everyone that is unsure of what to do to partake in, doing an apprenticeship/traineeship as it can be a turning factor. I am so grateful that I took the opportunity to undertake a traineeship."

We are so proud of you Chloe and wish you all the best for the future!
