Apprentice and Trainee Administrator, Burwood, NSW

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to support a dynamic team? 1300apprentice is seeking an Apprentice & Trainee Administrator to join our team and assist with the smooth coordination of apprentice and trainee onboarding, compliance, and administering training documentation. 

About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in supporting our Apprentice & Trainee Officers (A&TOs) and the broader operations team. You will manage administrative processes, coordinate induction activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative Support: Monitor WHS inductions, payroll packs, and apprenticeship documentation.
  • Compliance Coordination: Organise induction sessions, facilitate PPE allocation, and liaise with RTOs.
  • Data Management: Maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Apprentice and Trainee Coordination: Assist with sign-ups, training plans, and follow-ups to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Expo & Enrolment Support: Manage TAFE enrolment processes and assist in career events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar administration support role

  • Attention to detail & strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, flexible, and a great team player
  • Comfortable working independently & with a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems & spreadsheets (Excel preferred)
