Are you a recent school leaver with a passion for helping others and making the world a better place? Do you want a job where you can grow your career and feel good about the work you do every day?
1300apprentice has partnered with another a leading not-for-profit organisation that’s tackling some of the world’s biggest health challenges — and they’re looking for a motivated Business Trainee to join their purpose-driven team in Barangaroo!
As part of this 24-month traineeship, you’ll complete a Certificate IV in Business while working in an office that feels more like a community. This organisation is all about collaboration, innovation, and real-world impact — and they want someone like you to be a part of it.
🌟 About the Role
In this role, you’ll support a passionate and dedicated team working to improve lives across the globe. Some of what you will be learning Day-to-Day:
- Assisting with a variety of admin and office support duties
- Responding to general enquiries and helping the team stay organised
- Updating databases, preparing emails, and handling office communications
- Providing friendly customer service and professional support
- Working closely with your team and mentor to grow your skills
- All while completing your Certificate IV in Business!
👩💼 About You
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- A recent Year 12 school leaver (or similar)
- Passionate about social responsibility, giving back, or charity work
- Friendly, professional, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (or keen to learn!)
- A great communicator, both written and verbal
- Committed to completing a 24-month traineeship
- Not already completed a Cert IV or higher in Business
