1300apprentice has a rare opportunity for a Business Trainee to join our head office team based in Burwood. This is not just a job it could be the start of your journey toward an exceptional career with 1300apprenitce. As a trainee, you will study for a Certificate III in Business while gaining 12 months of “real world experience”.

About the Role
- Performing a range of administrative tasks accurately and promptly
- Reception duties including answering routine queries, taking messages, following up on action items
- Performing computer-based tasks, including preparing and sending written communications, maintaining databases and records
- Communicating and liaising effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business
- Providing customer service to your team members and management
- General office duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Great attention to detail
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Enthusiastic, with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to a 12-month Traineeship
- Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
- Above all a passion for being part of an amazing team that supports each other
