As a Customer Care Officer you will be responsible for delivering the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer-centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete servicing needs of customers.
You will also be the point of contact for local communities in the region, branch relief work where required, and possible small business support/referrals.
