1300apprentice have a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in Customer Engagement as a Trainee working within an international company. You will gain 12 month's industry experience and a formal qualification!

During your time as a trainee, you will study a certificate III in Customer Engagement.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Will be working with the Quotes team.
  • Liaising with the production team
  • Providing custom quotes when needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to external and internal vendors
  • Assisting with prices for external and internal vendors.
