We’re on the lookout for a Front End Loader Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around a loader and can get stuck in without being micromanaged.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading trucks efficiently and safely
- Pushing up and managing stockpiles
- Operating scales accurately (this is a must)
- Working independently and as part of a team on site
What You’ll Need
- Front End Loader competency (essential)
- Experience using scales
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong work history and a good attitude
- Ability to meet on site at the depot
- We’re less worried about age or background — we care about reliability, experience, and showing up ready to work.
Hours & Work Type
- Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Overtime: Possible
Pay
- $30 – $35 per hour, based on experience
