Do you want to get ahead with real skills?

Get your foot in the door with our pre-apprenticeship course that will give you transferrable skills across all areas in horticulture.

This FREE short course will be delivered at Ryde TAFE over 3 days commencing 23 February 2021.

The selected units are fun, interactive, and practical. And better yet, you may apply for Recognition of Current Competencies if you proceed to the Certificate III in any of the above qualifications/apprenticeship: https://training.gov.au/Training/Details/AHC

  • FWPCOT2237 - Maintain chainsaws
  • FWPCOT2238 - Cut materials with a handheld chainsaw
  • FWPCOT2239 - Trim and felled trees
  • AHCMOM213 - Operate and maintain chainsaws
  • AHCWHS201 - Participate in WHS processes

You will receive on completion:

  • A TAFE NSW statement of attainment
  • Up to a weeks work experience on completion of the course.
