Warehouse Staff (Picking and Packing), Smithfield NSW
Our large client is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join their warehouse operations team under a casual basis. As a Picking and Packing staff member, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and packed with care. Although this is a casual position, you will be expected to uphold the same high standards as our direct employees, especially when it comes to living our values. A great and harmonious environment and current team will make you feel at home, however they do embrace a cultural alignment which is a high standard.
They have two CASUAL positions available
Role 1:
- Monday to Thursday: 12:00pm to 5pm
Role 2:
- Monday: 8:30amd to 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 12:00pm to 5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30pm to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow packing guidelines and safety procedures Label and prepare goods for dispatch Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions from Voltex team leads and supervisors
- Represent yourself and your labour hire agency professionally on site

Nice to Have:
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience
- Use of RF scanners or handheld devices
Please Note:
- This is a labour hire role. Assignment length and hours are based on operational needs
- Successful candidates will work on-site at Voltex and be expected to integrate into our team culture
