Our preference is to keep someone on for a minimum of three weeks, full time. In the event that you aren’t able to provide three weeks, we can consider one of our candidates who is looking for shorter term work. In our experience, providing longer term opportunities can increase candidate quality.
Our view to permanent options are for up to 6 months, once the 6 month point is met, the candidate is handed over to you at no extra cost.

Employers

The cost of the 1300apprentice service is included in the hourly host charge out rate and these rates are dependent on the relevant industrial award. The hourly host charge out rate is inclusive of the apprentice’s/trainee’s wage, superannuation, all entitlements such as annual leave and loading, sick leave and public holidays, TAFE/RTO enrolment fee, PPE, Workers Compensation provision and our performance monitoring.
