1300apprentice currently have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and hardworking 1st year Boilermaking apprentice looking to start their apprenticeship, with a fantastic host employer based in St Marys.

About our host:

Our client specialises in the materials handling, process engineering, construction/mining equipment  manufacture including installation, concrete industry mould manufacture and site maintenance. They also specialise in the refurbishment and repair of this equipment.

Key responsibilities:

  • all types of fabrication
  • MIG & submerged ARC welding
  • Cropping, punching, flat & section rolling
  • Turning, milling, vertical boring, material handling
  • Using tools & machinery, running errands
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace.

Must have: 

  • Drivers licence and own transport
  • White card.

To be successful: 

  • Have a passion for this trade
  • Physically fit and not afraid of physically demanding work
  • Very safety conscious
  • Hardworking and uses initiative.
