At 1300apprentice we have a client with work based on the NSW Central Coast looking for a trainee in Arboriculture and Horticulture. This is a great opportunity to learn a terrific trade and get paid in the process!
What’s involved?
You will learn how to manage and maintain trees and learn this from very experienced tradesmen. Your training will also include learning how to use:
- Chainsaws
- Cherry pickers
- Hand saws
- Pruning equipment.
Tasks include:
- Whipper snipping
- Mowing, weeding, hedging
- General maintenance.
You may also work from elevated platforms so you must be comfortable in working outdoors and at heights.
Locations include – North Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle & Maitland.
