Apprenticeship – Parks & Gardens

1300apprentice currently have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to commence a Parks & Gardens Apprenticeship.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be undertaking a Certificate III in Parks & Gardens.

Role:

• 4 year apprenticeship
• Based in the Maitland/Newcastle area
• 5 days per week plus additional overtime as required
• Mowing, land clearing, edging, pruning, weeding, carrying heavy equipment, digging holes, etc.

Pre-requisites:

• Year 10 or 12 completion is preferred
• Interest in horticulture
• Drivers licence and vehicle

Employed by 1300apprentice, we will provide you with:

• A career mentor
• Stability and security in the industry
• Assistance with Registered Training Organisation/TAFE Enrolment and reimbursement of fees (conditions may apply)
• Weekly Award wages and annual leave loading
• Registration of your traineeship with an Australian Apprenticeship Centre.
