Our client is an Australian owned and managed company, offering a complete range of fire protection services. They are committed to providing a quality service related to engineering, design, installation and distribution to a diverse range of clients with varying and specific needs for fire protection.

This role is an office based traineeship working and studying either a Certificate III or IV in Business for a 12 month duration.

Your day to day tasks include:

  • Dealing with customers over the phone and by email
  • Using Microsoft and other software programs as required
  • Compiling/processing/uploading information online
  • Electronic filing, making bookings, and ordering stock
  • Using office equipment, general administration tasks, running errands, and assisting other staff and teams in payroll/accounts etc.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

  • A high level of maturity with excellent communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience and good computer skills
  • A good attitude with a genuine interest and a willingness to learn
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

This is a full time traineeship based on a 38 hour week. Normal work times are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm (1hr lunch) and Friday 8am to 3pm (1 hour lunch).
