Our client based in Ryde is looking for an energetic and committed person in Sports Turf Management.
As a Sports Turf apprentice you will learn and perform the following tasks:
- Prep land for turf
- Mowing and maintaining optimal conditions of lawn
- Setting up lines and sports field requirements
- Set up, maintain and operate sporting & landscaping equipment
- Installing irrigation systems
- Controlling weeds, plant pests, disorders and diseases
Applicants must be fit, have own car, be reliable and punctual, with a good attitude, and someone that shows initiative.
A background or experience in horticulture would be an added advantage.
