1300apprentice acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traditional Custodians of Country and recognises their continuing connection to land, sea, culture and community. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.

1300apprentice are committed to providing meaningful career pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through Vocational Educational and Training.

Our commitment to providing opportunities for the indigenous workforce is outlined in our strategic plan. The future goal is 10%, in 2023 we are tracking at 7.8%.

Working with small, medium and large private and government organisations, it’s our connections with industry and the support we provide, that make us an employer of choice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Opportunities available

To date, 1300apprentice have supported over 400 Aboriginal apprentices and trainees commence their career through vocational education and training pathway’s.
