Documents and information required
Please request an application form from 1300apprentice by contacting your field officer or our head office. Applications can be received by:
- Written response to the application form
- Video recording (MP4) format totalling no more than 5 minutes
- Presentation (e.g. PowerPoint).
NOTE: Your supporting content (images, video or presentation) is limited to 5MB. See our photography guidelines for details.
Regardless of submission type, all nominations will be assessed equally.
Applicants are required to submit at least one full colour portrait photo and one work-based photo to be used for promotional purposes which are to be emailed to your field officer. You may submit up to x5 images.
Closing dates and submission details
Nominations and required supporting documentation/ information must be received in the Burwood office of 1300apprentice by 5pm on 11 April 2025.
Check your supporting content is ready to upload, your images, video or presentation is limited to 5MB. Email your supporting documents to 1300apprentice admin.
