About our Customer Engagement Traineeship

As a group training organisation, our 1300apprentice customer engagement traineeship provides you with a certificate iii in customer engagement on the successful completion of the course. This is a nationally recognised qualification that helps prepare you to meet the needs of a variety of complex customer service roles.
