🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the team, you’ll gain practical experience working with electrical and fire protection systems, including:

• Installation and maintenance of fire detection and alarm systems
• Electrical work associated with fire sprinkler systems
• Installation of cabling, control panels and associated equipment
• Testing, fault finding and troubleshooting
• Reading electrical drawings, plans and schematics
• Working on commercial buildings, construction sites and other facilities
• Learning about Australian electrical and fire protection standards
• Developing the skills required to become a qualified electrician with a specialised skill set

We’re looking for 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentices who:

• Are currently undertaking a Certificate III in Electrotechnology and are up to date with their training.
• Have s a genuine interest in electrical work and developing their trade skills
• Are reliable, punctual and take pride in their work
• Has a good attitude and is willing to learn
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Takes workplace health and safety seriously
• Is keen to build a long-term career in the electrical and fire protection industry
• Has a P driving licence minimum and reliable transport
