Landscape Construction Apprenticeship, 1st or 2nd Year, Western Sydney, NSW
1300apprentice currently have a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals to commence a Landscape Construction Apprenticeship with our Employer Partner working across Western Sydney.
Our Employer Partner’s core value is to “Improve the World for All”. Their vison is centred on excellence in environmental landscape consultancy and construction. They specialise in landscape construction, environmental rehabilitation, civil storm water systems, sports field maintenance and general landscaping services.
You will learn your trade from a team of passionate professionals as you undertake a Certificate III Landscape Construction.
Some of what you will learn:
- Brick and stone structures
- Paving
- Safely operate excavators
- Retaining walls
- Plant and soil improvements for garden and turf areas
- Drainage installation
- Plant and soil practices, including implementing plant establishment programs
- Project costing further into the apprenticeship.
Must have:
- Driver’s licence and own transport
- White card or willing to obtain one.
To be successful:
- Have a passion for this trade and want to be part of a growing business once you’ve completed your apprenticeship
- Physically fit and not afraid of physically demanding work
- Well presented
- Great work ethic
- Dedicated and wanting to learn
