The successful candidate will have:
- A real passion for cars
- Committed to learn and become a qualified Panel Beater and 4-year apprenticeship
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills
- A strong work ethic, and be efficient, honest, reliable and punctual
- Drivers licence minimum P

No previous work experience is required, but a keen interest in all things automotive is a distinct advantage. You will have the chance to learn a broad range of skills including:
- Learning to determine the nature and extent of damage to a vehicle so it can be repaired
- Finishing techniques including filling and sanding of panel surfaces
- Learning the latest techniques for repairing metal, fibreglass and plastic bodywork of vehicles
- Understand how to cost a repair against re-sale value of the car
- Repairing a wide range of makes and models
- Working on a wide variety of vehicles, makes and models
