1300apprentice have an awesome opportunity with a reputable host employer based in St Marys who are looking for a 1st year Heavy Vehicle automotive apprentice to join their dynamic team.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will be studying a Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical technology over 48 months.
In this role you will be completing all mechanical works associated on heavy vehicles and more!
Key responsibilities:
- All servicing and repairing of fleet vehicles
- Performing routine maintenance and checks
- Supporting workshop operations and communicating with customers
- Using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
- All other duties as required.
Must have:
- Driver’s licence
- Computer literacy to be able look up information on vehicles for data entry
To be successful:
- Have a passion for this trade and wants to be part of a growing business once completed apprenticeship
- Well presented
- Great work ethic and have good attention to detail
- Dedicated and wanting to learn
- Follows direction well.
