At 1300apprentice we have a client who is a small high profile Australian business supplying high end engineered components across the electrical and railway infrastructure market throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Our Employer Partner has an opportunity for an enthusiastic customer service focused trainee to join their team based in Tarren Point, while completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.

This is a varied role where no 2 days will be the same. You will be actively involved in the business and able to make a positive and valued contribution whilst you gain a national qualification and hands on experience.

💡Some of what you will learn:

• Answering email enquiries from customers in a professional manner.
• Processing new orders and reviewing pending ones to ensure smooth customer deliver smooth customer delivery.
• Assisting the sales and estimating teams process quotes and paperwork
• Quoting, logistics 
• How to liaise with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Processing expense claims and assisting with invoicing
• A 360-degree view of every department giving you an insight into how every department functions

• Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded, but no essential.
