Our client based in Charlestown is looking for a business trainee to join their team. They are a well established medical practice and have an excellent reputation in the area.
As a business trainee, you will learn and perform the following tasks:

Customer service

Booking in patients, making/taking calls

Data entry
-
Meeting and greeting customers, dealing with enquiries

Electronic filing, processing payments, using office equipment
-
Following up medical documentation
-
Liaising with internal and external medical professionals
-
Maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times

Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
Our client is looking for someone with the following attributes:

Professional, compassionate, caring and friendly
-
Good writing skills (emailing, comprehension, grammar)
-
Good customer service skills and ability to deal with difficult situations on occasions

Intermediate computer skills
