About the role
Working in the HR team you will learn how to deliver efficient, confidential, and professional administrative support to a dedicated team. Adaptability, willingness to learn and being able to multitask is a must for this role.
Some of what you will learn:
- To administer a high standard of documentation
- Manage a shared inbox and distribute communications to relevant people
- Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Provide administration support as required to
- Administer and maintain a high level of accuracy in everything you do.
- Provide assistance to both staff and managers win a wide range of activities including relief reception duties.
- Data collection and report management
About you
- A passion to be part of a team and deliver excellent service to your peers.
- Strong communication skills and with confidential information, using judgement, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Posses a strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills with capability in outlook and MS Office,
- Ability to work with change and take on new tasks that will improve efficiency and service levels.
- Above all you will possess a passion and empathy for people and a desire to help and support others.
