• Help with admin tasks like answering phones, taking messages, and following up on action items
• Use Microsoft Office to send emails, update databases, and create documents
• Chat with team members and managers to keep things running smoothly
• Provide friendly customer service and general office support
• Complete your Certificate III in Business while gaining hands-on experience

🔍Who We’re Looking For:

• You haven’t completed a Cert III or higher in Business
• You’re enthusiastic, well-presented, and ready to learn
• You’ve got great communication skills and a positive attitude
• You’re confident using a computer and keen to build your skills
• You’re committed to a 12-month traineeship
