We’re currently seeking a Personal Banker Trainee to join a welcoming team in Wagga Wagga

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Personal Banker Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience while building a nationally recognised qualification. Over 12 months, you will:

  • Work full-time in a supportive branch environment
  • Complete a Certificate III qualification
  • Learn directly from experienced Personal Bankers
  • Build strong customer service and sales skills
  • Develop knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Be supported by dedicated mentors every step of the way

And best of all—you’ll earn while you learn, gaining valuable industry experience from day one.
