💡What You’ll Learn On the Job:
- Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and garden beds
- Mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, and mulching
- Soil health, turf management & plant establishment programs
- Working across domestic, commercial & strata properties
- Garden project planning & costing
- Safe use of tools and machinery
🔍 What You Will Need:
- A Driver’s Licence, Minimum P, and reliable transport
- A White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- A love for the outdoors and physically active work
- A team mindset – ready to take direction and work hard
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in landscaping, gardening, and the green industry
