Are you passionate about working outdoors and building a career in landscaping and horticulture? We are looking for 1 x First Year Horticulture Trainee to join our team in Western Sydney.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while completing a Certificate III in Horticulture through TAFE.
We are open to Junior or Adult apprentices who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.
🌱 Position Details

Role: 1 x 1st Year Horticulture Apprentice

Location: Western Sydney
-
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
-
Additional: Some to most Saturdays over Summer (Overtime)

Training: Attend TAFE 1 day per week for 3 years to complete Certificate III in Horticulture
✅ Requirements

White Card (essential)
-
First Aid (desirable but not essential)

Current Driver’s Licence
-
Own reliable transportation
🌿 Key Duties
As part of our team you will:

Contribute to team safety and report issues immediately

Comply with all policies, practices, and standard procedures

Safely utilise and maintain a range of tools and equipment

Undertake site duties including:
-
Mowing
-
Brush cutting
-
Weed control
-
Chemical application
-

Demonstrate common sense and safe work practices
-
Clearly communicate with site managers and team members
