💰 Overtime Available (Summer Saturdays)

Are you passionate about working outdoors and building a career in landscaping and horticulture? We are looking for 1 x First Year Horticulture Trainee to join our team in Western Sydney.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while completing a Certificate III in Horticulture through TAFE.

We are open to Junior or Adult apprentices who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.


🌱 Position Details

  • Role: 1 x 1st Year Horticulture Apprentice

  • Location: Western Sydney

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

  • Additional: Some to most Saturdays over Summer (Overtime)

  • Training: Attend TAFE 1 day per week for 3 years to complete Certificate III in Horticulture


✅ Requirements

  • White Card (essential)

  • First Aid (desirable but not essential)

  • Current Driver’s Licence

  • Own reliable transportation


🌿 Key Duties

As part of our team you will:

  • Contribute to team safety and report issues immediately

  • Comply with all policies, practices, and standard procedures

  • Safely utilise and maintain a range of tools and equipment

  • Undertake site duties including:

    • Mowing

    • Brush cutting

    • Weed control

    • Chemical application

  • Demonstrate common sense and safe work practices

  • Clearly communicate with site managers and team members
