🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Personal Banker Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience while building a nationally recognised qualification. Over 12 months, you will:
- Work full-time in a supportive branch environment
- Complete a Certificate III qualification
- Learn directly from experienced Personal Bankers
- Build strong customer service and sales skills
- Develop knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Be supported by dedicated mentors every step of the way
And best of all—you’ll earn while you learn, gaining valuable industry experience from day one.
