About the Role

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our clients across the Inner West. Work is based across multiple sites including Ryde, Concord surrounding suburbs. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for consistent work.

Casual and short term work is also available.

Our partner employers maintain modern, innovative landscapes that promote outdoor living, quality recreation, and community spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the maintenance of sports fields
• Mowing, whipper snipping, edging, and mulching
• Planting trees, shrubs, and plants
• Improving plant and soil conditions for turf and garden areas
• General grounds and landscape maintenance
• Operating basic tools and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following site safety procedures and supervisor instructions 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous labouring experience preferred – Landscaping, Parks & Gardens, and the like
• Minimum of 2+ years labouring experience required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
• Driver’s licence
• Own transport is highly desirable
• Australian work rights required
