Landscape Construction, Cert III, 1st -3rd Year, Frenchs Forrest/Northern Beaches, NSW

1300apprentice is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Individual to undertake a Cert III in Landscape Construction Apprenticeship with our employer partner based in Frenchs Forrest, working across the Northern Beaches. This is a 2024 skills shortage-identified trade.

Our employer partner specialises in designing and creating stunning landscapes. Focusing on achieving excellence in everything they do, their business has continually grown through satisfied customer referrals and repeat business. They offer a wide range of services, including landscape design and construction, pool installation, pergola and fence erecting, paving, garden lighting, land regeneration, and maintenance.

You will learn your trade from them as you undertake a Certificate III Landscape Construction

Some of what you will learn:                                                       

  • Building brick and stone structures
  • Lay paving
  • Erect retaining walls, pergolas and fencing
  • Plant and soil improvements for garden and turf areas
  • Drainage and irrigation installation
  • Pool installation and commissioning
  • Plant and soil practices, including implementing plant establishment programs
  • Project costing, reading plans

To be successful:

  • If you are a current apprentice, you must be able to provide an up-to-date TAFE/RTO Transcript
  • Have a passion for landscape construction and want to be part of a growing business once you’ve completed your apprenticeship
  • Driver’s licence and own transport
  • White card or willing to obtain one
  • Physically fit and not afraid of physically demanding work
  • Well presented
  • Great work ethic
  • Dedicated and keen to learn
  • Willing to follow direction
