Our Employer Partner is a leading and multi award winning landscape design and swimming pool building company. They are focused on providing the industry with a design, construction and maintenance solution to deliver the highest quality residential gardens, pools and outdoor living spaces. Known for their high quality service this is your chance to join a friendly, passionate crew that truly loves what they do.
From day one, you’ll be learning hands-on with supportive professionals who are committed to helping you grow your skills and confidence in the industry.
🧤 What You’ll Learn On the Job:
- Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and garden beds
- Mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, and mulching
- Soil health, turf management & plant establishment programs
- Working across domestic, commercial & strata properties
- Garden project planning & costing
- Safe use of tools and machinery
💪 What You Will Need:
- A Driver’s Licence minimum P and reliable transport
- A White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- A love for the outdoors and physically active work
- A team mindset – ready to take direction and work hard
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in landscaping, gardening, and the green industry
