1300apprentice, in partnership with a leading global employer based in North Ryde, is offering a rare opportunity to kick-start your career with a Certificate III in Security Equipment. If you’re passionate about electronics, eager to learn, and excited about building a future in tech and security, this is the role for you.
🛠️ Some of what you’ll learn & do:
You’ll be trained by industry experts and supported every step of the way as you gain skills in:
- Installing, servicing, and repairing electronic security systems
- Reading and interpreting technical schematics
- Preparing worksites and using a variety of tools
- Working safely around electrical systems
- Communicating with clients on-site
- Supporting qualified tradespeople on real-world projects.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about technology and electronics
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
- A keen learner who’s looking for a long-term career, not just a job
- Motivated to join a supportive global team
- Holds a current driver’s licence (minimum P’s)
- Willing to obtain a security licence (after commencing)
- Able to pass a police check, pre-employment medical, and drug & alcohol testing.

Security Equipment Apprenticeships are on the Australian Apprenticeship Priority List. You may be eligible for a payment of between $5000,00 and $10,000.00 from the Government during the term of the apprenticeship.
