   A great team at 1300 Apprentice, they have helped me re-train and helped me find a much happier place in life! Retraining has improved work-life balance, and given me so much more job satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Lorraine Morris was my field officer, and was helpful and supportive, with regular check-ins, either in person, or over the phone. All team members, from on-boarding, through to receiving my last payslip, have been supportive, and helped me work towards my goals.

When I was left shortchanged by my host employer, the team at 1300 ensured I was not left behind, and quickly secured another host employer, taking into consideration all factors to ensure a suitable host was found. I am very happy with the service provided

   I had an excellent experience with 1300Apprentice while studying for my supply chain operations traineeship. The program was comprehensive and provided me with the practical skills and knowledge I needed. Lorraine, in particular, was incredibly supportive and guided me through every step of the process. Thanks to her and the team's invaluable assistance, I am now a manager at a successful warehouse.    Had a great experience i just finished my traineeship in supply chain operations certificate 3 now i got a full time job with the company that hosted me karen was great very understanding and very helpful she always encourage me to do my best despite it being hard sometimes with having a daughter at home but i manage to finish it and got a very great outcome xoxo

   1300 Apprentice is the best GTO of all time! The staff were amazing and were really helpful, especially during times of urgency. I appreciate the amount of hard work it took from most staff to help me find a host employer. Although it took a while for me to officially find an apprenticeship that was suitable for me, they really pulled through for me in the end. Till this day I really appreciate all staff members who come out to site to see how I'm going which really shows how much they care for their apprentices. Moving forward I hope to complete my apprenticeship along with the support of 1300 apprentice.

   I would highly recommend any new or upcoming apprentices to choose 1300apprentice to help guide them throughout their apprenticeship. The last 4 years have been really great and I was supported and guided throughout those years to help achieve my goal in becoming a tradesman. I would also like to thank Karen bates who was super helpful and an al rounded great supervisor throughout my 4 years who made the whole experience even better !    1300 apprentice were awesome the whole way through my apprenticeship.Every payslip was on time every week.
My field officer Lorraine was awesome.I was having issues during my time early on and it was sorted quickly and professionally.1300 apprentice also supplied boots yearly to me also aswell as PPE for work.Lorraine would come out on a quarterly basis for monitor visits.She was always nice,professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Lorraine was also caring towards all apprentices making sure that the jobs we were performing were actually safe to perform.Even recently helping me with a fuel reimbursement for fuel purchased for a company vehicle.Being someone a little nervous at times Lorraine made me feel at ease when discussing issues.Lorraine also helped me when I was behind at tafe organising extra time for me with the teacher so I could catch up.
Also a massive thank you to Chris from payroll for always ringing me if I had errors in my timesheets and confirming with me my hours when doing overtime.
Ryan also messaged me on several occasions kindly reminding me to put my timesheet in whenever I was late
Hands down best experience from 1300 apprentice and can’t recommend high enough for anyone looking to do an apprenticeship.Perfect for early school leavers looking to jump into a trade.
You guys work extremely hard to be able to keep the standards you guys do.
