From Trainees to Treasured Team Members – Our Fantastic Four

At 1300apprentice, we take pride in shaping careers and fostering life-long connections. Among our dedicated team, four incredible staff members fondly known as our Fantastic Four have grown from eager trainees to valued employees, proving that a traineeship is just the beginning of a rewarding journey.

Andrianna, Lana, Simon, and Michelle all started their careers as trainees at our Head Office in Burwood, NSW, and today, they remain an integral part of our 1300apprentice family. They are the backbone of 1300apprentice, the people that most never get to see but whose dedication and hard work keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Andrianna joined in 2002, completing a Certificate II & III in Business and later completing a Certificate IV in Accounting and a Certificate IV in Training & Education. She started in the administration team, moved into the Field Officer team, and returned back into the administration team part-time after having her first child (Eva) followed by her second daughter (Isabella), bringing a wealth of experience along the way.

Lana began in 2003, completing a Certificate II in Business and growing into a highly experienced key member of our Administration team.

Simon came on board in 2017, completing a Certificate III in Business and a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. He started in administration, progressing into payroll and accounts, and now plays a crucial role in our accounts and payroll team whilst he continues his education studying accounting at university.

Michelle started in 2018 and completed a Certificate III, IV, and Diploma of Business, becoming an essential part of our Administration team.

These four team members sit within three metres of each other in the office, perhaps a testament to the close-knit bond they share. More than colleagues, they are family, embodying the values and success that 1300apprentice strives for.

And here’s a fun fact: there’s a staff member in our team who’s known for their legendary 4pm dance moves. Can you guess who it is? 💃🕺
