  3. Sign your training contract. We employ you directly and register your apprenticeship with the NSW training authority.
  4. Start earning and learning. You begin paid work on site immediately, with TAFE or RTO training scheduled around your work commitments.
  5. Ongoing support through to completion. Your dedicated field officer checks in regularly, resolves workplace issues, and keeps you on track to finish your qualification.
