How Apprenticeships Work With 1300apprentice in the Central Coast
1300apprentice is your direct employer throughout your apprenticeship. Here is how it works:
- Apply online or call 1300 277 736. Tell us what trade interests you and where you are located.
- We find you a host employer. Our team matches you with a business in the Central Coast area that needs an apprentice in your chosen trade.
- Sign your training contract. We employ you directly and register your apprenticeship with the NSW training authority.
- Start earning and learning. You begin paid work on site immediately, with TAFE or RTO training scheduled around your work commitments.
- Ongoing support through to completion. Your dedicated field officer checks in regularly, resolves workplace issues, and keeps you on track to finish your qualification.
If your host employer’s workload changes or the placement is not the right fit, we move you to another employer so your apprenticeship continues without interruption.
